TravelWifi stands by our products, services, and our customers. To guarantee complete customer satisfaction, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our premium charging cables and selected additional products, so customers can rest assured that their items will stand the test of time through routine and normal use. 

The following TravelWifi products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty:

·       Premium 3-N-1 Cable

·       Premium USB-A to USB-C Cable

·       Premium USB-A to Lightning

·       Premium USB-C to USB-C

·       Premium USB-C to Lightning

·       Global Travel Adapter 45W 

If your accessory malfunctions or fails to perform, you may be eligible for a free replacement. Terms and conditions apply.

To obtain service under this Warranty, please contact our Customer Support Team with the following information to determine the problem and most appropriate solution:

> Location of purchase
> Proof of purchase (if possible)
> Photo/Video of the faulty product

 

If proof of purchase cannot be provided, TravelWifi will still consider a replacement on a case-by-case basis. Please note, to receive a free replacement item, you may be asked to send the faulty product back to us. Full warranty information can be found below:

 

For how long is the Limited Lifetime Warranty active?

The Lifetime Limited Warranty is valid for as long as the customer owns the qualifying product.

 

What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover?

The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers all basic functions of the qualifying product under normal and routine use. The product must be not have been altered in any way and must possess original workmanship to be covered. 

 

What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty NOT cover?

The Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover replacement due to theft or lost items. The Lifetime Limited Warranty also becomes invalid if the product becomes faulty due to misuse, exploitation, exposure to excessive heat, liquids, sand or other contaminating particles. Failure to perform due to natural disasters are also not covered under this warranty. 

 

How does the Limited Lifetime Warranty work?

If a qualifying accessory fails to perform or malfunctions, TravelWifi will replace said product with the same product. The customer must contact Customer Support with the following information:

> Location of purchase
> Proof of purchase (if possible)
> Photo/Video of the faulty product


In the event that a product has been discontinued, TravelWifi will replace the accessory with the most similar product available in inventory. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Should a dispute arise between the customer and TravelWifi on the product option, the final decision is at the discretion of TravelWifi.
